Pearl Jam: Live At The Garden [DVD]

Sound — 7
Its seems strange that Pearl Jam would do a great big show in Madison Square Graden, givin that Riot Act the album that supported this tour is anything but of that size in sales and in popularity. The sound on this DVD is good though.

Content — 1
Whatever, it shows Pearl Jam looking like they are well passed it on stage here. No energy, the band look terrible, the organ player is totally unessecary, Eddie Vedder just stands there no movement, no excitement, Mike McCready is overweight and has shaved hsi head resulting in a Potatoe like apperance, the band are almost unregonisable, and Matt Cameron has the worst haircut I have ever seen. The bands apperance at the time of this recording really detracts the DVDs performance and because of this, it looks and feels like another band doing a cover of Pearl Jams songs, a real downer. Other stupid parts of the show is of, Eddie Vedder holding up a mirror and shining it around the stadium, plus the strobe light, there really was no point in that.

Production Quality — 9
Apart from the bad show, its good production and sound.

Overall Impression — 3
A rating of three is being generous, the whole show gets boring after a while and sends you to sleep. Its a shame they don't release shows from their tours that supported their "Vitolagy" or "Yield" tours, or something else anyway, pre Binuaral thanks.
