Pink Floyd: Dark Side Of The Moon [DVD]

Content — 10
The DVD shows the making of "Dark Side Of The Moon" and explores all of the musical, technological, and lyrical standpoints of the album. It consists of many interviews of Gilmour, Waters, Mason and Wright. Waters, Gilmour and Wright also perform songs such as "Money," "Us And Them," "Brain Damage" and others. Waters discusses how he came up with the lyrics in the album, while Gilmour talks of how the great guitar of the album came to be. There is also interviews with Storm Thorgenson, the artist who designed the cover of the album and with Pink Floyd's engineer.

Production Quality — 8
The production quality of this DVD is very good, although it's composed of interviews and small performances, there isn't much technology put into how it came out.

Overall Impression — 10
Unlike many "Making of" DVDs, this one has alot of replay value. With the performances of the band members and the insight given by those involved with the album, it makes a great thing to watch for any Diehard Floydian.

my favorite part is when gilmour plays the time solo without any backing and than just kicks in and i also like his acoustic version of breathe on this and waters' acoustic brain damage.
