Rammstein: Live Aus Berlin

Sound — 10
Live Aus Berlin was a live concert with some of Rammstein's largest tracks and greatest show performances ever recorded in audio and video footage.

The CD is composed of their greatest hits such as: Links 123, Du Hast, Mein Teil, Herzeleid, Heirate Mich, and many others. Along with great music talent, the stage production takes home half the gold.

With both guitars cranked up, Till really stretching out his vocal chords, and drums and keyboards perfectly in tune, Rammstein banged out a monstrous album. With a full arena of thousands, it gives perfect feedback to the echoes of pure raw energy.

Crank up the volume, and get ready for Rammstein at their very live finest.

Lyrics — 10
Lyrics are classic Rammstein. Songs about traveling the world, sex, love, and being proud of your country are the lyrics that make up this masterpiece.

From Sehnsucht, to Laichzeit, all the way back to Herzeleid, this audio treat with fill your senses with pleasure.

Overall Impression — 10
The overall impression of this album is simple, if your a Rammstein fan, this is a must have for your collection.. not to mention their new release on the way for late 2009.

You have not heard a band that sounds just as good live as they do in the studio like these six guys. This CD will leave you begging for more.

Reviewer is an idiot. Secondly, Volkerball is alot better than Live Aus Berlin in terms of production, quality and songs, however, Live Aus Berlin really shows Rammstein at it's rawest. They played alot of their songs differently than on the album, and it sounded great! Thirdly, don't you just hate the new wave of Rammstein fans?

What a stupid review?! Links 234 (not 123!) and Mein Teil weren't even composed then.. and really giving this a 10 isn't doing justice at all.. where's the room for improvement? I felt volkerball was a lot better in terms of production as well as the performance. So that should be rated 12 or somethin on this basis..

So this is the best live album theyll ever accomplish? a 10 rating leaves no room for getting better.

Links 234 and Mein Teil weren't even written when this came out man. Links 234 (2001, Mutter). Mein Teil (2004, Reise Reise)

mein teil and links234 weren't even written when this album came out. Live aus Berlin came out in 1999 and Links 234 came out in 2001 off of Mutter. Mein Teil didn't come out til 2004 off of Reise Reise.

really, there are no patriotic or nationalism songs, where are you from? learn german before you try to understand german lyrics. The songs are about nostalgia (->sehnsucht) and not about beeing proud of your country.

Your review is ok, but in your description of lyrics and singing you obviously have misunderstood something. Rammstein has no song about being proud of their country. dont bring up shit you dont know...

[...] being proud of your country are the lyrics that make up this masterpiece. Could someone tell me which song is about patriotism? You are review is ok and Live aus Berlin kicks ass, but obviously you have no idea what the lyrics are about

Hey if you are going to include some "greatest hits" that they played live in your review, then don't include songs written in 2001 or 2004. Namely Links 234 and Mein Teil. This show was in 1999. You also say "The overall impression of this album is simple, if your a Rammstein fan, this is a must have for your collection.. ". Are you a Rammstein fan?
