Sound: Feedback is the most recent release from Rush, and it is a cover album. They do great job of recreating the old fashioned sound of the early songs that they cover. Most of the songs are blues oriented, because this is the style that influenced the band at the start of their careers. It all sounds very crisp and raw. // 8

Lyrics: Geddy Lee as always does a tremendous job with the singing, with his very unique voice. Although this is a cover album, (meaning they did without Neil Peart's lyrical genius) the lyrics are fitting to the songs, like the protest song For what it's Worth. // 8

Overall Impression: Altough it is a short album, with only eight songs running about twenty nine minutes, the music is still strong as ever. The most impressive songs are "Summertime Blues" the first song, and "Crossroads", a cover of the Cream song of the same title. This album is just another example that after thirty years, Rush is still as strong as ever. // 10
