This album truelly suprised me. I was expecting the usual heavy riffs and insane drum solos but, it was still a great album. I was very suprised at all the acoustic songs but I loved every minute of it.

Corey taylor calmed down. Very suprising. He didn't really scream alot. But it's ok because he has a great voice, no matter what. He can scream, growl and sing beuatifully. I love his voice. And his lyrics always matched the intensity of the music.

Overall Impression — 10
This album was the most musically diverse album yet. It kicked supreme ass. Although I was startled by the balled style of some of the songs, I enjoyed every minute of this album. I loved the way corey sings his lyrics with the music, but as all great albums do, it had to end. If somebody stole this cd from me, I'd hunt the person down and the torture would include wire clothes hangers. If you dont but this album you should get your ass kicked.
