Sound: This record is a mix of hyperactive, cheerful punk and laid back ska rythyms. Songs like "Skanking Song" and "Jump On Demand" are great to dance to, uplifting melodys and jerky guitar. The last track though, "Too Little To Late" is slower, and more mature lyrically as well as musically. The guitarist does well on the solos that apear in every song and the other instruments work in perfect harmony. The vocalist is not as impressive, though as he is a bit flat and doesn't really flow with the rythym the other instruments create. The drumming is a bit tinny and sounds like he is playing it on some pots and pans, which is rather annoying and repetetive. // 6

Lyrics: The lyrics match the whole feel of the album, cheerful, lighthearted nonsense. An almost Blink 182-esque lyric is on "Jump On Demand," "remember when your'e being rude were the ones who cook your food so just take care/it might go and offend/if we were to send/chicken a la pubic hair." Some lyrics are a bit cliched and predictable, like in "Roots," "your'e the kind from down the street/ the one we used to greet." Apart from that, very humorous and innovative. // 8

Overall Impression: unfortunately, there are only 11 tracks, and a couple are filler, so its a bit dissapointing. However, the best songs are "Change Of Scene," "Jump On Demmand," "The Story So Far," there aren't bad songs on here, just some filler. Those are "Ego," "Dotted Line," "Roots." This album is good for anyone who loves to skank, have a laugh and realy enjoy music, not be all "emo". It has been compared to bands like Green Day, and Less Than Jake, but apart from that, this band are pretty much in a class of their own. // 8
