Sound — 10
Well, it's SOAD theres no doubt about that. I'd say it's a cleaned up version of their previous sound. I like the addition of vocals from Daron, It's long over due. Overall same great sound as before with a much appreciated and welcomed addition.

Again it's SOAD. They can say alot that you don't catch unless you read along. A lot of double meaning stuff as usual. I love the lyrics for Byob and Sad Statue. Overall typical SOAD lyrics.
Overall Impression — 10
With a weak release by Limp Bizkit among others lately this album shines. It's a great addition to the other SOAD albums and compliments them great if you random play all of them it blends but still stands out and thats good. My impression on each song is: 01. Soldier Side - intro: beautiful way to open excellent guitar and vocals. Probably favorite riff on the album. 02. Byob - excellent song killer guitar great lyrics and vocals. Downloading dosen't do this song justice its so crisp and clean on CD. 03. Revenga - again beautiful guitar and awesome drums (best on album maybe) great vocals and lyrics here as well love the chorus. 04. Cigaro - not lyrics everyone can appreciate but the vocals and guitar riffs kick ass so much you can't help but love it. 05. Radio/Video - the guitar makes this song thats all I can say. Great harmonics between Daron and Serj. Also a killer reggea style riff toward the end. 06. This Cocaine Makes Me Feel Like I'm On This Song - not my favorite on the CD but sound wise it has the oldest school SOAD feel to it. 07. Violent Pornography - another with lyrics not for all. Again guitar and vocals have their moments. 08. Question! - oh man the guitar riff opening here is freaking awesome and the vocals are so awesome they just kick ass man. Beautiful song. 09. Sad Statue - opens fast but when it slows down and hits the chorus it kicks ass. 10. Old School Hollywood - almost a Manson sound here at the opening. Not my favorite but it has its moments. 11. Lost In Hollywood - excellent song to close with. Has a Arials feel to it. Daron totaly rips the vocals here it rocks and the guitar is just doing its best to sound as smooth as the vocals. This song kicks ass.
