The Offspring: Americana

Sound — 10
This album is amazing! But all of the 7 Offspring albums are. The sound of this album is similar to Ixnay and Ignition. It has powerful drum riffs, great guitar riffs, and that famous Offspring guitar sound! Highly impressed with this albums's outcome.

Lyrics — 10
These lyrics are great, especially Americana: "With strip malls abound, and diversions mere moments away" is there a song that doesn't have good lyrics? Thought not. Dexter never writes a bad song, he has the best punk voice and he never gives us a reason to feel pathos (that means sad) about any song. Well done Dexter!

Overall Impression — 10
This album is unique and couldn't possibly be compared to any other artist. The best song is Americana by far! I love everything about it even the intro! I don't dare I say it hate anything about it. If it was stolen I would rip the dudes head off and shove it down my toilet so I can crap on his/her head! I encourage everyone to buy this. You won't be dissapointed. The Offspring rule!
