Sound: Well, if you like me and like the sound of good music that isn't in your face loud and have strange but yet intresting lyrics you have found the right band. The Weakerthans are new band to epitaph, unlike some of the other bands on the epitaph label the Weakerthans are of a post punk bread. With the use of the steal slide guitar, glock and spiel, and range of recording techniques makes the album perfect. // 10

Lyrics: The lyrics are from another planet if you ask me. Lyrics range from songs writen about the elks club of canada, a cat singing about his owner, and the adventures of Shackleton (the guy who treked across antartica). Another great track (One great City) is about there personal feeling of their town of origin, Winnipeg, MANITOBA. // 10
