Weezer: Pinkerton

Sound — 10
This is Weezer's second album. It definetly can compete with the Blue Album. The Blue and Pinkerton are Weezer's best records so far. The album is a bit harder then Blue and rock's all the way!

Lyrics — 10
Rivers Cuomo is inspired to write this album from his favorite opera, "Madame Butterfly" therefore making the lyrics a bit depressing a sorrowful. He sings fine as usually and the solos are all pretty great. Each song has a catchy guitar riff which is great.

Overall Impression — 10
My favorite songs on this album are, "Across The Sea," "The Good Life," "Why Bother," "El Scorcho," and "Pink Triangle." If it were lost I would definetly buy it again.
