Yellowcard: Lights And Sounds

Sound — 8
I think that the bands new album is not as good as the previous two albums however the album is still good. There are are few songs on there that are brilliant, however if you are looking for the new album to be more of the same from previous albums you will be dissapointed. The album is a lot louder than the previous album, but if this is to your taste you will love it.

The lyrics are good on most tracks, but they do not have the same effect as the last album. On the last album every song had lyrics that people can relate to, but the lyrics are still good.

Overall Impression — 8
This is the worst album of the three, "Ocean Avenue" and "One For The Kids" but don't be fooled by the word "worst." The album is still good, but just not as good as the others. My favorite tracks are "How I Go," "Lights And Sounds" and "Waiting Game." Yellowcard fans must buy this album.
