It suits my music style well, I play bluese and rock so a stratis perfect. I use it with a small Squier 10 Watt that actually sounds good. It sounds good for a beginner but you would really need to replace the pickups for later on. The guitar can sound underwater, twangy, and raspy when swithing pickups.
Overall Impression — 8
Overall it is a good solid beginners guitar. If it was stolen I would buy a diffenent guitar.
Reliability & Durability — 6
It could play live but I would not use it live. Everything is solid but after 2-3 strings changed the tuners and machines wear down.
Action, Fit & Finish — 10
Everything generaly good.
Features — 6
The guitar doesn't have any real 'stand out' features. I mean the three single coils are fun to play around with while using the tone knobs to help get a nice tone. The guitar has 22 frets which may bother players who solo on high frets.
