Sound — 8
I personally find this guitar to be rather versatile. A number of tones can be gained from the 3 way selector by tweaking the tone and volume pots. I play blues, rock and metal on it and find that it can handle all three and more, and has a great warm clean sound and rich distorted sound. For this price though, the pickups are obviously not the best, but I was surprised at the quality.

Overall Impression — 10
Overall, this guitar was a fantastic choice, soundwise and lookswise. When I bought it, I was considering other Les Paul copies, particularly Epiphone, but found that I preferred this. And excellent guitar, especially for the price.

Reliability & Durability — 10
This guitar is durable, the finish seems very thick and well able to withstand small knocks and dings without suffering damage. The strap button are strong and the guitars construction seems solid. The hardware seems to easily get scratched but this isn't a large problem at all, as long as you take care of your guitars.

Action, Fit & Finish — 8
The guitar was well set up out of the box with no adjustments needed as the action was already at the level that I prefer. The pickups were also fine. The translucent wine red finish (with grain of wood showing through) looks gorgeous and together with the gold hardware and binding lends a look of class to the guitar. My only minor quibble in this section is that the binding on the neck is a little poorly applied in some places, but on the body, it is spot on.

The Vintage V100 is a terrific Les Paul Copy, so obviously it's specs are similar to an LP but cheaper ;) - 22 frets, set neck, two tone pots and two volume pots. The body is made from mahogany, with a mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, and binding on the body and neck. The make of the tuners is not specified, but they are made from Die cast gold. The two pickups are alnico humbuckers and the scale is 628 mm. Being as Les Paul Copy, the guitar is also fitted with a Tune-O-Matic bridge and trapezoid inlays.
