Sound — 8
I use a Fender Standard Stratocaster, and it sounds Marvolous on the twang setting. If you turn it to a highly distorded chanell like "metal" it gets pretty noisy, but it has a noise gate that eliminateds that problem.
Overall Impression — 8
It is definaly a good match for classic rock and heavy metal, but not for clean. if it were stolen I would just get a Marshall because it just dosent take the cake on clean tones. The best part is the tape echo. Compared with other "effect amps" its the best, but not for serious music making.
Reliability & Durability — 10
I've had it for 4 months and it's still working so only time will tell.
Features — 8
I belive that it is an 04, and overall I think that it is versitile for the types of music I play, mainly consisting of classic rock and comtemperay christian. The four channels are extreamly useful from swithing from a warm clean tone to killer distortion. The only draw back is the clean tones do not respond well to differences in stroke pressure. Overall the features are good, except for the tremolo which has to much of it or to less depending on how you set it. It has defenatly enough power for a practice amp and is borderline for small gigs.
