Sound — 10
The pedal has a metal case and the sound range goes from warm rhythm tones to great lead guitar and blues tones. Especially for all SRV fans this pedal is a must because it doesen't have to hide behind the Ibanez Stomp Boxes. The sound of the Bad Monkey is warm and smooth with a fairly low-gain sound. This is not a distortion pedal, so those wanting a heavier hard rock-type of sound will be disappointed.

Overall Impression — 10
It's a great pedal to a great price for all blues players. Especially for all SRV fans this pedal is a must because it doesen't have to hide behind the Ibanez Stomp Boxes. This is the new generation of the Tube Screamer. It sounds better, offers more control, and is way cheaper.

Reliability & Durability — 10
Didn't had any problems, well build pedal!
