Sound — 8
I'm currently using a Epiphone Les Paul and Washburn Delta King though 2 Carvin halfstacks. If you set the noise gate correctly there should be no unneccesary noise. the effects sound pretty good. I can get sounds from my pedal which match the effects of: Dimmu Borgir, Nile and Bury Your Dead, etc.

Overall Impression — 4
I've been playing for 6 years. I play hardcore and Death Metal, little bits of thrash here and there. I should have tried it out before buying it, if it was stolen I probably wouldn't buy it again.

Reliability & Durability — 3
It's pretty dependable if you've mastered how it works. I would keep my other pedals as backup for this just in case something doesn't go the way I want it.

Ease of Use — 4
This pedal is relatively easy to get a good sound. But it's a little confusing at first but once you play around a lil bit you'll figure it out. The manual isn't all that helpful except to calibrate the expression pedal, other than that I found it useless.
