Sound — 10
I use an 80 watt Peavey number. This along with the pedal enables me to get a great sound out of my Encore. I am currently saving for a new guitar, possibly a Tom Delonge Strat but for now my encore gives me the best sound I need.

Overall Impression — 8
I play punk rock, with 16 different distortions I have experimented and found that a PV Drive effect with about 5 sixths of the maximum gain gives a great noise.

Reliability & Durability — 10
It is extremely reliable. I practice about 5 hours a day, sometimes more and it still takes about 2 and a half weeks to drain 4 AA size batteries. I would gig without a backup with this. If my Peavey happens to pack up it has an amp simulator for a great sounding guitar effect.

Ease of Use — 8
A simple but great sounding patch adjustment system. With 6 banks with 6 patches each there is no difficulty fittin all the effects I need.
