Sound — 8
The sound is pretty much good, the distortion sounds awesome though its not that heavy as those distortion pedals which is offered in the market so if your looking for more heavy sounds try another distortion pedals which is for you to choose. Other effects like tremolo, chorus, delay, compressor, doubling are great you can emulate the sounds of some of your favorite artists.

Overall Impression — 9
All in all I like the product Zoom 505 #2 this was my very first multifx pedal. For a hobbyist like me it is much advisable, for you will learn how certain effects work together to create up your own sound. It is equipped with lots of features that surely all of you will like..

Reliability & Durability — 8
This multi-FX is made up of plastic so I think it isnt pretty much advisable to use it on stage because you might broke it when switching from patch to patch. However you can rely upon this multifx because it carries a lot of feautures and you can mix it up with those analog effects pedals for much great sounds.

Ease of Use — 9
Well the Zoom 505 #2 multi-EFX is easy to use, the rotary control tells you what function(s) are you working with. However you should read also the manual for further details. You can get the sound what you want by using or switching pathches or even editing/creating up your own through mixind modules. The lather is also equipped with an auto chromatic tuner which saves up your time tuning by ear. It has a large red led which is birhgt enough to see even in those darker places specially in gigs/concerts.
