Billy Talent: Canada (Sarnia), July 16, 2005
The audience did not stop yelling and bouncing with the music. The sound was excellent, just as good as on the album (if anything better). Everything was balanced nicely.

Sound: The sound was excellent, just as good as on the album (if anything better). Ben's vocals were flawless, and threw in some extra yells every onces in awhile. Ian seemed to use the same guitar throughout the show, as well as John with the bass. Everything was balanced nicely. // 10

Perfomance: The audience (along with myself) did not stop yelling and bouncing with the music, which made it the best concert I've ever been to. They played their entire album (starting with This Is How It Goes and finished with Prisoners Of Today), and added two new songs (Red Flag and another I wasn't familiar with). Ben would run around the stage to every corner of the audience. On the last song, Ian came down to the rails and John jumped up on a speaker. Ben got us to throw our middle finger in the air and all say "F--k George Bush!" before playing Voices Of Violence (and yes, nearly half the crowd was American). He also decorated himself with whatever the audience threw on stage. // 10

Overall Impression: Canada, Sarnia, Bayfest, July 16, 2005. No opening band, but they were at least 2 hours late (not good since it was causing flash flooding in the area, but they made up for it with the kicksas show). The only real flaw, and this is a warning for anyone who plans on going to Bayfest, do not waste your money on so-called "VIP" seats! Biggest waist of 50 extra dollars. All it was was an area with a terrible view of the show and our own port-potties. The VIP tickets were 67.00$ (CAN), where the good seats were 17.00$ (CAN). It still was worth the 67.00$. No free beer, and not even once chick taking off her top! Biggest disapointment. I would definetly go to their next gig. // 10
