Although Chris's throat was sore due to the previous concert the night before, he was still excellent.

Sound: This was the best concert I've ever been to. Although Chris's throat was sore due to the previous concert the night before, he was still excellent. They eached used their usual instruments with Chris occasionaly swapping between his white and Orange guitar. Also, the trumpeters from the hunters and collecters joined the band for a few songs. My friend told me the sound stuffed up in Save The Day, but everyone was singing so loud it made no difference. It was great. // 9

Perfomance: I loved the show! They started off with What's On Your Radio To Fire Things Up, then they played a little from Modern Artillery and I Can't Give You What I Haven't Got. This got the crowd extremly fired up and ready for the show. Then, they settled into some State Of Emergancy stuff including One Step Behind, No Way Out and 'Till The End. Then they played Second Solution, which got everyone in the hall extremly tired from jumping about. Then came the highlight of the evening, Prisoner Of Society. The entire crowd was singing along and the mosh was going insane. They then played Save The Day. The sound did indeed stuff up, but no body really noticed. After that, they jammed for a while and included E-boogie and they condensed the two EPs into about five minutes, just playing chunks of each song. they then kicked in with long live the weekend, which everyone loved. Then, with a short drum intro, uncle Harry blasted throughout the hall. After that, a short jam of A chords led into Roll On, which after that, they finished their set. After much screaming, they returned with wake up and west end riot. They completely finished and it was an unbelievable night. The lights and sound effects as well added to the action. // 10

Overall Impression: This concert was held at festival hall in Melbourne, Australia on the 20th of May 2006. The concert opened with kisschasey and gyroscope. Kisschasey were pretty bad but gyroscope were absoloutly terrible. but this just made me more eager to see The Living End. Although the ticket cost me 50 well earned dollars, it was worth every cent. I have already booked tickets for the next living end show in Melbourne. // 9
