Velvet Revolver: USA (Tampa), May 24, 2005
The concert was amazing. The whole audience was into it. If you like loud, great rock bands, then this is definately the concert to go to.

Sound: The concert was great. Modern Day Zero was decent and Hoobastank was good if you like them (I personally don't), but Velvet Revolver was awesome. The concert sounded great. If you like loud, great rock bands, then this is definately the concert to go to. // 10

Perfomance: Wow! The concert was amazing. The whole audience was into it and the only thing that could of been better about it would be if I got floor tickets. In this concert, Slash had a few long solos and one he did with Duff. The songs were good. Sometimes it took a while to identify the them though, but that was because they added solos. During one of the solos, up on the screen, was kickboxing which was interesting. During Superhuman (my favorite song) they actually showed the girl from the cover of the album and she was dancing around (which was very hot for all the guys), and during another song (I forget which) they showed jumps by Evil Kinnevil. The only thing that could be a bad thing would be all the flashing lights that I enjoyed, but one of my friends didn't. // 10

Overall Impression: The concert was in the USA in Tampa Bay at the St. Pete Time's Forum on May 24, 2005. The openers were Modern Day Zero and Hoobastank. The show was incredible except for Hoobastank. The tickets were almost $50, but it was worth every buck. The things I won't forget are the backdrops behind them and the shirts that they wore. The first backdrop was the words rock o' f--in' roll, second had Velvet Revolver on it and had a naked chick on both sides, and the third was Velvet Revolver in lights with the VR behind it. The memorable outfits were Scott in his pilot hat with a white tux top, Slash with his shirt and Dave's Mr. clean shirt. If they eveer have another gig in Tampa, I'm getting standing room only tickets. // 10
